Looks good to me! You'll wanna change your PR description to say it is breaking and also we'll want to update BREAKING.md before merging, but waiting on that to get updated in the v9 branch first

What is the current behavior?
Ionic Framework uses React 17 and Stencil react-output-target 0.5.3.
What is the new behavior?
Updated to React 18 and Stencil react-output-target 1.5.0.
@testing-library/react-hookswas moved to@testing-library/reactso this dependency has been removed.reflect: trueadded tovalueprop on ion-radio. Props without reflection enabled are not rendered in HTML with updated react-output-target. Issue: bug: @ionic/react@8.2.8 -> IonRadio now rendered without the "value" prop stenciljs/output-targets#476Does this introduce a breaking change?
Drops support for React 17. Applications will need to update to React 18 to be officially supported by Ionic Framework.
