The tempo file for GBT had some out of date entries, and was manually updated (#27). But I don't think the T2 version for GBT was fixed at that time. It currently fails validation since it doesn't match. Here I forced the update:
So there are some small historical differences (likely related to #27) and a bunch of new entries. It might be nice if a GBT expert like @rossjjennings or @ryanslynch can take a look at this before deciding to merge.
