France 3, even if most OTT ISPs tag one "national" channel, doesn't have a "national" feed. Usually, it's the "Paris Ile-de-France" feed that's named as "national" because it's aired from the capital city.
Also fusion Nouvelle-Aquitaine and NoA together, as they're now shown as one single entity.

Also fusion "Normandie Caen" and "Normandie Rouen" to Normandie, because even if the channel started in Rouen, Caen has their regional antenna. They do not have any separate feeds that would justify splitting both of them.
