Summary

Update the DMG background and window/icon placement for the new installer design.
Make beta tags such as v0.0.1-beta.0 publish as GitHub prereleases.
Skip CN update-file sync for prerelease tags so beta builds are not treated as formal updates.

Validation

pnpm install --frozen-lockfile --ignore-scripts
pnpm run lint
pnpm run build:app
git diff --check
Checked changed files for the string codex.
