- Added methods for OpenTelemetry configuration: WithOTelEndpoint and WithOTelHeaders.
- Introduced structured logging using log/slog, configurable via WithLogLevel and WithLogger.
- Updated Monigo instance methods to accept context.Context for better traceability.
- Improved error handling and logging throughout the application.
- Updated README to reflect new features and usage examples.
