Introduce the changeip.com connector

Description

The www.changeip.com connector offered by the plugin allows you to update the external IP for the changeip DNS.

By default, ChangeIP creates 3 type A entries (@ / www / ftp). It is therefore necessary to plan 3 separate updates (myname.mychangeip.com / ftp.myname.mychangeip.com / www.myname.mychangeip.com)
