GNOME 43 support

Updated metadata.json to allow it to run within GNOME 43.

As far as I can tell, everything functions correctly; cursor jiggles as intended.

Came looking for jiggle to support gnome43 but see the dev has no activity since last June. I really hope this has not died as I really want this for my Ubuntu setup
