As a side-note, collection and category tests are a bit all over the place in the spec file. I'd be happy to rearrange it for readability and add that to this PR if it's relevant here. |

@akhyarrh Yes, still on it! I haven't touched in a while but I'd like it to be merged because I think it would be useful for everyone using Jekyll. |

This PR combines #253 and #254. The new behaviour is explained in the updated
README.md.TL;DR: if you're using collections and/or categories, replace
{% feed_meta %}with{% feed_meta include: all %}to link to all available feeds, and eventually customise your collection feed titles.
