Upgrade from Gradle 6.0.1 to the most recent version 8.1.1.
Rebaseline Jenkins to 2.346.3. The current recommended version is 2.375.x, but that also requires a move to Java 11.
Upgrade JPI plugin to latest.
No other changes are necessary. I recognize this plugin is deprecated, but I'm hoping we can invest some minimal effort into keeping it working with Jenkins releases while attempting to move to other options.
