Hi, I'm Jerrod πŸ‘‹

I build and ship AI-native software end-to-end into real customer environments.

I spent the last two decades in industrial SCADA (oil & gas, midstream, power) β€” designing systems that ran refineries, compressor stations, and 2.8-million-point telemetry networks. Now I build AI-native software for that world: agent orchestration platforms, MCP servers, RAG systems, and full-stack web apps that ship into locked-down, on-prem, regulated environments.

The unusual combination is what I'm betting on. There aren't many engineers who can both write a production .NET 10 proxy and explain to a refinery operator why their PID loop is hunting. That intersection is where I work.

πŸ› οΈ What I'm building right now

Narya Command β€” An agent-orchestration platform for SCADA engineers, in pilot at two major E&P operators. Sole engineer. .NET / Blazor Hybrid, Anthropic API, MCP, Snowflake, Azure DevOps. Engineers compose multi-step workflows from a visual builder with typed steps and human-in-the-loop checkpoints, so agents can work against production SCADA systems safely.

xscada.ai β€” My software company. Where Narya and a customer-facing wells dashboard live.

Cursor SDK Demo β€” Weekend project. Upload an engineering drawing (P&ID), get a live SVG operator screen. Built with the Cursor TypeScript SDK β€” vision extraction, multi-turn agent refinement, SSE streaming, Zod-validated structured output. Code: cursor-sdk-web.

πŸ”§ How I work

I lead discovery, write the code, deploy it on-site, pass enterprise IT review, and support it in production. End-to-end ownership is the default, not a stretch goal. I've shipped through Fortune 500 security reviews, Cloudflare Tunnel architectures, Entra SSO, and regulatory environments where downtime is measured in financial and human consequences.

I work in TypeScript, Python, C#, and Go. I lean on Anthropic's Claude API and MCP heavily. Most of my production code lives in private repos at customer sites β€” what's public here is a partial picture.

  • cursor-sdk-web β€” Live demo of the Cursor TypeScript SDK applied to industrial drawings
  • CygnetServices β€” Production .NET data extraction platform built at Targa Resources. Hand-coded Onion Architecture, pre-AI.
  • azure-devops-snowflake-ext β€” Azure DevOps Pipelines extension in Go
