Currently the workflows kinda messy, and may need some tweaking before merge
Also, needs testing to ensure netmuxd functionallity works properly
Currently, it completely replaces usbmuxd, packages that depend on usbmuxd will be satisfied with netmuxd.
It also creates a daemon user and a systemd service, while adding net capabilities to the service
I need to ensure if dependencies and build dependencies match the ones required by netmuxd
Managed to install a built package, but didn't manage to test it dues to not having a real ubuntu machine near me (only WSL)
