Mock provider APIs in e2e tests

Summary

• mock provider endpoint calls in e2e tests so the e2e suite runs without live API dependencies
• add local provider coverage and tighten provider/endpoint behavior around cache flags, TVDb tokens, and fallback metadata
• clean up test typing for basedpyright and filter a dependency deprecation warning from url-normalize
