- Rebuilt our development lifecycle around agentic AI (Claude Code, MCP, agent skills); output per engineer runs at 3x baseline, and yes, I measured it
- Took an AI product from first commit to revenue in eight weeks
- Building Prioboard, a prioritisation lens on Linear
Strong opinions:
- Most meetings don't need to be meetings
- Give me a PR over an idea; lead with code
- An agent should be doing this, and if it isn't, that's a backlog item
