androidx activity 1.13 / core 1.19 require compileSdk 36. Bump compileSdk (kept targetSdk 35 — no runtime behavior change) and the Kotlin compose plugin to 2.4.10 to match. Deferring: androidx core-ktx 1.19 / activity 1.13 require compileSdk 37 (unreleased preview platform, needs alpha AGP and would break F-Droid reproducible builds). Not appropriate for a stable release. Revisit when SDK 37 is stable. |

compileSdk 35→36 (targetSdk stays 35), Kotlin compose plugin 2.2.21→2.4.10, activity-compose 1.13.0, core-ktx 1.19.0. Supersedes #9/#10. Verifying via CI.
