Refactor: Modularize Matrix Calculator#1

This commit refactors the Matrix Calculator application to improve its structure, maintainability, and reusability. - Extracted the core matrix logic into a `useMatrices` composable. - Created a dedicated `MatrixTable` component for rendering matrices. - Implemented a dedicated `ErrorDisplay` component for showing errors. - Added data persistence using `localStorage` to save and load matrices. - Addressed feedback from the code review, including fixing erroneous code, cleaning up the `package-lock.json` file, and removing the `npm_output.log` file.
