• add PRODUCT.md with source-backed product positioning, audience model, current-site evaluation, same-aesthetic overhaul direction, and A/B testing plan
• add DESIGN.md with visual principles, page-flow proposal, component guidelines, accessibility requirements, A/B specs, and implementation roadmap
• evaluated latest synced main with the Impeccable skill and current website screenshots before writing context files
