Change MACOSX_DEPLOYMENT_TARGET from 26.0 to 15.0 to allow installation on macOS 15 (Sequoia). The app is still built on macOS 26 runners to support Icon Composer, but the compiled binary is now compatible with macOS 15+. Closes #61
