Summary

  • migrate packaging to a pyproject.toml managed by uv and drop legacy requirement manifests
  • scaffold pytest configuration with comprehensive unit, integration, and e2e coverage for the subtitle export workflow
  • add a Run tests GitHub Actions workflow that exercises the suite across Python 3.9–3.13

Testing

  • pytest -q
