Fixes paste on selection and polishes popup placement, and app ignore list:

It wasn't pasting when I selected the item, so fixed in these 2 commits - I added UI tests to make sure it worked.
Fix paste-on-selection and add popup flow tests
Protect clipboard history during UI tests

A couple of other functional changes:
Popup is above cursor if triggered on bottom half of screen
Allow apps to be removed from ignore list - They couldn't be selected, so couldn't be removed.
Fix keyboard shortcuts to numbers

Some style changes to fit many folders and snippets in the popup menu
fix folder size for extra clips in popup menu
when items are prefaced with a number, hide number on right

@Frazer, I have reviewed your PR, but I'm not clear on the rationale for removing the Icon from the top bar. Please let me know if this was done by mistake before I merge.

Re-credits, I haven't thought about releasing under the same brand name because we don't have the author's permission, but we could keep it released as I did on the repo.

You can add a CONTRIBUTORS.md file to the project and add your name and your socials.

If you mean the icon in the MenuBar, I didn't remove it. I'm looking at your build and mine, and not sure which part you mean. I thought I suggested some alternative names.
