- Refactored `deno`, `biome`, `ruff`, `nushell`, and `helix` into standalone modules to improve TUI module selection. - Added new 2026 apps as standalone modules: `cline`, `opentofu`, `distrobox`, `moon`, `pkgx`, `tealdeer`, `hyperfine`, `just`, `mods`, `llm`, `broot`, `pueue`, and `procs`. - Updated `DEFAULT_MODULES` profiles (`dev`, `full`, `ai-dev`) to include the newly added standalone modules in `setup-2026.sh`. - Added friendly descriptions (`MOD_DESC`) for new modules for better TUI presentation.

- Passed `GITHUB_TOKEN` to reusable workflows to fix Gitleaks action failure. - Set environment variables to force Javascript actions to use Node.js 24 and silence deprecation warnings.

I have improved the interactive interface logic and modularized several existing tools out of the monolithic setup script, adding more modern AI & developer apps requested by the user, while making sure they are displayed properly and integrated into the default profiles.
