- drop support for most sql dialects (keep generic, postgresql, and sqlite); Closes Trim supported dialects #9.
- refactor: each test case has own fn via macro_rules
- refactor: allow diverging strategies across dialects
we're keeping Generic, PostgreSQL and SQLite, and can add back others as needed closes #9
