Can we avoid refactoring in this PR? I'd rather make a minimal change to support Windows here -- it's hard for me to review the PR when so many lines have changed :). Thanks! |

Hi, I made some efforts to make it run on Windows successfully and to dome refactoring.
But I have trouble with setting up the GitHub actions for Windows currently.
