Update Safe API kit examples and wallet config docs to use the new endpoint path under docs-safe.kaia.io. Mirrors backend ingress rename in kaiachain/argocd-apps#2112. Affects English source docs plus ja, ko, vi, zh-CN, zh-TW translations (22 files, 44 line changes).

Update Safe API Kit and wallet config example URLs from
https://docs-safe.kaia.io/txs-baobab/apitohttps://docs-safe.kaia.io/txs-kairos/api. The endpoint path is being renamed to align with the Kaia network naming (Baobab → Kairos for testnet, Cypress → Mainnet for mainnet).Backend ingress dual-routes the old path via 301 redirect (kaiachain/argocd-apps#2112), so existing snippets in user code keep working. New docs reflect the canonical name.
Affects 22 files (44 line changes): English source plus ja, ko, vi, zh-CN, zh-TW translations.
