First release under the a2acode name. Bumps 0.3.0 → 0.4.0 (minor, 0.x) for the ACP↔A2A pivot:

• new default acp backend fronting any ACP coding agent (feat: ACP↔A2A bridge — front any ACP coding agent over A2A #18)
• direct Claude SDK backend moved to the a2acode[claude] extra
• package/CLI/repo renamed a2claude → a2acode (chore!: rename a2claude → a2acode (vendor-neutral) #20)

The tag v0.4.0 must equal this version (static uv_build version). After merge, tag the merge commit and push to trigger the release workflow (GitHub release + PyPI trusted publishing for the new a2acode project).
