Issue: L0: Add LayerZero, Eigenlayer, Hyperlane protocol targets

Fix: Se agregaron tres nuevos protocolos a la lista de targets en el archivo targets.yaml: LayerZero, Eigenlayer y Hyperlane. Cada entrada incluye el nombre del protocolo, la cadena en la que se encuentra, las direcciones de los contratos clave y los criterios de puntuación de actividad.
