Fixes #5225

This PR adds a native provider for OpenSupports. It allows Keep to push alerts as tickets directly into the OpenSupports helpdesk system.

Features:

Native ticket creation via OpenSupports API.
Support for Department and Priority mapping.
Automated login and session token handling.
