Converted to swift 3
Removed the NSObject implementation as it was no need for it except for the Archiving. (I did not need this feature and had no time to fix it somehow.) In the other hand, now that there is no NSObject limitations, we can use some of beautiful swift 3 features.
Added the function fo exptmod to the library with a lousy test! (have to work on it)
I admit that this could be better. 😁
