Docs: Note unsupported strftime specifiers in Liquid date filter

Expanded the date filter description in the Liquid helpers table to state that %e and %l (and possibly other strftime specifiers) are not supported in the preview or in rendered notifications, so users avoid unexpected behavior (KNO-6524).
