feat: redesign footer with premium multi-theme layout

Description

Redesigned the footer with a cleaner premium layout across both light and dark themes while preserving the original project structure and navigation links.

The update improves spacing, typography, hover interactions, social icon styling, visual hierarchy, and overall UI consistency. Removed unnecessary gradients/background glow effects for a cleaner and more polished appearance.
