💡 What: Added aria-sort to table headers and descriptive aria-label to sort buttons and expand/collapse buttons in DocumentsTable.
🎯 Why: To improve screen reader navigation and context for sortable tables and grouped rows.
♿ Accessibility:

• aria-sort on th indicates current sort direction.
• aria-label on sort buttons indicates the action (e.g., "Sort by Time ascending").
• aria-label on group toggle buttons (e.g., "Expand group").
• Added a regression test src/__tests__/documents-table.test.tsx.
