La directiva `-include $(patsubst %.o,%.d,$(PROJECT_OBJ))` estaba ubicada antes de que PROJECT_OBJ fuese definida por completo, en dicho punto PROJECT_OBJ evalúa a la lista vacía y por lo tanto no incluia nada Para corregir el error, la directiva fue movida al punto donde PROJECT_OBJ ya fue completamente definido y contiene la lista de todos los archivos objeto del proyecto.
