This virtual environment gets created by the devcontainer, so they don't need to create the virtual environment, they just need to source it.

Before merging, can the comments be resolved?
Kept mcp_server/ JSON versions from main (contain UUID fields). All other changes from main (MCP server, GitHub Action, deploy scripts, participant guide) merged cleanly. Co-authored-by: Copilot <223556219+Copilot@users.noreply.github.com>

Created new folder and a skelton notebook. This notebook needed to be extended for actual workflow orchestration
