Adds a new GitHub Actions workflow (
.github/workflows/stale.yml) that runs daily (and on manual dispatch) withissues/pull-requestswrite permissions to invoke LaunchDarkly’s sharedsdk-stale.ymlworkflow for automatically closing stale issues and PRs.Reviewed by Cursor Bugbot for commit 6bd44b3.
