Move managed connector authorization and credential issuance from local CLI paths to the console control plane. Add installation, binding, and credential lease APIs, define managed connector types in core, and wire the CLI to request short-lived leases at runtime instead of holding connector secrets locally. Remove local connector and control implementations, add the installation schema migration, and document the architecture in ADR 0001.
