Companion to lentago/.github#155 (R19 step 4, closes the rollout tracked in lentago/.github#81). The canonical enforced-surfaces table's row for GitHub repo settings pointed at
fleet-ops/fleet-apply.sh; as of tonight the.githubrepo's terraform workflow appliesterraform/on every merge to main, with plan-on-PR and a requiredgate. The row now reflects that, and notes what fleet-apply.sh still uniquely does (branch pruning + the required-context preflight).The
