Summary

  • Remove the duplicate completed-file label below Edit, Write, and patch tool rows; the tool row remains the single operation/path label.
  • Apply the same behavior to advanced previews and simple fallback renderers.
  • Add renderer coverage for headerless completed expansions.

Closing because I targeted the wrong surface and repository. LET-10563 is a UMI viewer issue in the web application, not the Letta Code TUI.
