Hotfix prerelease: publishes the schema-11 upgrade-classification fix (#124) so v2.0.0-alpha.9 installations can migrate to schema 12; alpha.10 left them reported invalid with no forward path. Version files, curated changelog fold, stamped artifact rebuild, and refreshed installed smoke evidence. Tag and GitHub Release follow post-merge.
