Created a class to hold the mySQL api
Added the MySql reference drivers so that we can access the database. Also impletmented a simple test function to test connectivity along with the beginnings of many more.
Added more methods to the MYSQLDB class to facilitate SQL queries and commands, is very much still in progress.
