This fixes the issue #4
The Rego policy in lab-6-opa-envoy uses old Rego syntax which is no longer valid in OPA v1 and above. This causes deployment of bundle-server to fail.
This PR adds
ifkeyword in rules that have conditions inbundle/policy.regoas required by OPA
