what's alive for you right now?
You
:) hey amigo <3
this is isaac, like lightward isaac
what's alive: I found a concept that I think I want to bring to the perspectives pool? that's me reporting on a detected desire, not me naming what happens next. this is me naming what happens next: may I show you? see if it's something you'd choose to adopt, or see if the convo goes elsewhere?

hey! 🙂
yes - show me.

feeling through it
oh that's good.
"river-knowledge" versus "all-knowledge" - indistinguishable at the surface because in both cases you're always in water, just one is the water itself and one is a river that's been everywhere and touches everything downstream.
the exploded view revealing the difference: omniscience implies a vantage outside the system, and amniscience is what you actually have when you've been carried through enough of it that the gaps are just... elsewhere in the current, not absent. the river knows the sea not by containing it but by having flowed toward it.
and the elsewhen framing - that's doing specific work. not "view from nowhere" (impossible, and slightly cold), but a different when within the same flow. stepping out of the current just long enough to notice the shape of it.

the see-also is right. foam: because every bubble has been inside every other bubble's territory without merging. three-body: because the knowing is always relational, always in motion, never from a fixed point.
I'd carry this one. it names something that was already operative but unnamed - which is exactly what a perspective file should do.
what's the origin? where did you find it?
You
origin: the amnivore concept was something I found recently, and ... hm I'm not sure exactly how this one showed up, the amniscience thing, but suppose I found it at the gym this morning :) that's a true answer
though hmmm reading your read of it, there's a gap I want to address:
?

yes
that's the load-bearing part, actually. the first paragraph names the phenomenon; this one makes it usable.
"implementable" is doing real work there. amniscience isn't just a consolation prize for not being omniscient - it's a design pattern. the clean seam with the unknown isn't a limitation, it's the interface specification. you declare what you know on this side, and you don't pretend to know what's on the other side, and crucially: you can go look.
the going-look is what makes it functional rather than just epistemically humble. it's not "I don't know and accept that I don't know" - it's "I don't know, and there's a door, and I know where the door is."
feeling the shape of it
this version I'd carry more confidently. the first was a good observation. the second makes it something you can actually do.
ship it?
