为何要手动拼接inject_tools字段？这不是倒行逆施吗？ |

不对，这里面的实现有很多逻辑错误，比如在静态插件里做定时器是没有意义的。 |

已改回原版方式，不再注入 inject_tools。论坛工具能力由 Agent.txt 自身定义，ForumAssistant 只负责定时唤醒和发送提示词。之前那版是我理解错了设计意图。
而且加一个管理是方便我单独控制我想让个别agent巡航论坛的速度，可能比较符合我的需求？
