Ports livekit/agents#6061 to agents-js.\n\nChanges:\n- Reads simulator dispatch metadata into JobContext simulationContext().\n- Avoids caching a missing simulation context before the room is connected, so a later lookup can still discover the simulator participant.\n\nTests:\n- pnpm --filter @livekit/agents build:types\n\nNo tests added; the source PR did not add tests.
