fix(agents): add Deepgram keyterm inference option

[rosetta-livekit-bot]

Port of livekit/agents#6062.

This aligns the Deepgram inference STT option with Deepgram's keyterm parameter so key terms can be passed through in model options. The JS Deepgram plugin does not currently implement batch recognition, and its streaming config already uses keyterm, so this is the minimal applicable port.

Verification:

• pnpm prettier --check agents/src/inference/stt.ts .changeset/deepgram-inference-keyterm.md
• pnpm build:agents
