Introduce a new @llmops/gateway package exporting proxyRequest and ProviderConfig. Wire server handlers and middlewares to use proxyRequest, remove the old gateway re-export from core, add a minimal proxy implementation with tests, and replace the guardrails manifest with an empty placeholder. Add provider types, a registry and OpenAI-compatible adapters, plus per-endpoint handlers that delegate to executeRequest. Implement executeRequest with upstream URL/header building, optional request/response transforms and SSE event streaming. Introduce typed GatewayError using neverthrow, update proxyRequest routing and tests, and add neverthrow dependency. Signed-off-by: Tushar Choudhari <choudharit23@gmail.com>
