Note1: You can download example files in our tutorial video here if needed.

Note2: If you choose option-2, please download the four files one-by-one (otherwise, google drive will automatically rename the four files). After downloading all four files in the shared link, please directly run the .exe file without manually extracting .rar files.

Software Updates

1. Expand axon segmentation function. It can be used for cubes of any size now, including whole-brain segmentation. For your reference, some computer configuration information and software runtime required for axon segmentation can be seen in tutorial->Axon Segmentation.

2. Improve axon segmentation result.

3. Fix bug on progress bar. It can refresh correctlly and will describe the progress more precisely now ( in Axon segmentation, Style transfer, Brain region segmentation).

4. Fix bug on registration. It will do more check on the input data to avoid program crashing and bad performance now.

5. The software can run on both CPU and GPU now. If your computer has a GPU, it can achieve faster speed for some deep learning related functions.
