Update relay Version

• Moved relay to its own repo: https://github.com/lnflash/strfry-custom
• Updated the whitelist.js

@abh3po I created a new PR which would make this obsolete: #147

This would imply we update our deployments repo with lnflash/strfry-custom image and update the versions there, which will simpler than having to update both charts and deployments everytime
