Populates the empty CHANGELOG.md with full history (v0.1.0–v0.1.2) and updates docs/architecture.md to reflect the current pipeline: ExtractionResult flow, ServiceRegistry wiring, TransactionFilterService, word_utils, and the builder fix for #47/#52.
