Fixes #3 based on Golang ASN.1 code
I also added some tests.
Edit: it adds a regression, I have already fixed it in my own tree here: https://git.deuxfleurs.fr/Deuxfleurs/bottin/src/branch/import_goldap/goldap/asn1.go#L729-L739 but not yet on github
