External time sync

• Use of external (PTP) times.
  • PTP time supplied to EL6688 module running as a PTP slave.
  • EtherCAT DC time uses EL6688 as external time source.
  • Only external times are reported to CCS.
• Improved handling of timestamps from the MIO modules monitoring the Hall switches.
  • Handling is correct now even for motions that take longer than 4.3 seconds.
  • Conversion of timestamps to external time.

Remove interlock with FES

Do not monitor the MIO input connected to the inhibit signal coming from the FES. Do not use the MIO output designated for the shutter's inhibit signal going to the FES.
