Code Review
This pull request correctly aligns the Go version in go.mod with mise.toml and makes the linter setup more robust by using go run to execute golangci-lint. This is a good change to prevent CI failures due to GitHub API rate limits. I have one suggestion to improve the maintainability of the mise.toml file by avoiding the duplication of the golangci-lint version, making future updates easier.

The golangci-lint version v1.64.8 is hardcoded here and also in the fmt:go task on line 41. This duplication can make version updates error-prone and harder to manage.
To improve maintainability and adhere to the DRY (Don't Repeat Yourself) principle, I suggest defining the version as an environment variable in a global [env] block. This provides a single source of truth for the version.
For example, you could add this near the top of your mise.toml:
[env]
GOLANGCI_LINT_VERSION = "v1.64.8"Then, you can update this line and the one in fmt:go to use the variable:
run = "go run github.com/golangci/golangci-lint/cmd/golangci-lint@$GOLANGCI_LINT_VERSION run"
